A private, professionally designed conference room ideal for team meetings, workshops, board sessions, and full-day offsites. This half-day reservation includes exclusive use of the conference room for up to 4 hours in a quiet, distraction-free setting.
Cancellation Policy
Heritage Suites at Sweeney’s Booking & Use Policy Reservations & Payment All reservations must be booked online and paid in full at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received. Heritage Suites does not hold tentative reservations. A 2-hour minimum applies to all hourly bookings. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation start time are non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full. Booking Duration & Overtime Half-day bookings are 4 hours Full-day bookings are 8 hours Use of the space beyond the reserved time may be billed in 30-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate. Guests are responsible for allowing time for setup and breakdown within their booked window. Use of Space Heritage Suites is intended for private meetings, focused work, interviews, recordings, workshops, and professional gatherings. The following require prior approval: Public or ticketed events After-hours use Alcohol service beyond private consumption Furniture reconfiguration beyond basic adjustments Guests are expected to leave the space in reasonable condition. Any damage, excessive cleanup, or misuse of equipment may result in additional charges. Full Buyouts Full Suite Buyouts reserve exclusive access to all rooms within Heritage Suites. These bookings may require manual approval and are subject to additional coordination guidelines provided after booking. Access & Conduct Only registered guests may use the space. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all attendees. Heritage Suites reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if the space is used in a manner that violates these policies. Final Note Heritage Suites is a curated, boutique workspace designed for intentional use. By booking, guests agree to respect the space, the schedule, and the experience of others.
